These places are great places to fly, because of the presence of wind flows in almost any direction. During the festival it is also planned to organize sports flights, winners of which will be awarded with special prizes!

1. Current valid pilot's license
2. The current medical certificate
3. Have a plaque of at least 100 hours
4. The flight book
5. Certificate of state registration of aircraft
6. Certificate of airworthiness of aircraft
7. Passport or other document proving identity
For teams (pilot + 3 team members) the organizer of the festival provides:
1. Electronic maps of flight regions,
2. Gas filling (according to the program),
3. Accommodation* from October 11 to 17 (6
4. Food Breakfast (from October 12 to 17) , Friendly dinner (October 11), Gala dinner(October 16),
5. Participation in the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival,
6. Excursion program,
7. Air balloon insurance to third parties.
If the number of team members is more than 4 people, additional payment for accommodation is carried out by participants (please contact the festival organizers in advance to book a hotel).

Pilots are required to:
1. Participate in night glow during the festival, according to the program,
2. Take two passengers with them at each flight,
3. If necessary, place advertising materials on the envelope and the basket of balloon
The application for participation in festival with branded envelope (commercial brand) are considered by the organizers individually and for each of them, reasonable decisions are made. Any advertising activity during the festival must be agreed with the organizers in advance.
